
Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1982, she lives and works in the Delta of the Paraná River, a natural wetland area north of the Argentine capital.
She studied Sociology at the Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) before obtaining a Bachelor Degree in Visual Arts from the Universidad Nacional de las Artes (UNA).
Since 2018, she investigates and reinterprets traditional crafts to think about rituals, history and identity as a way to honor the cultural diversity of her native region and as an alternative to cultural hegemony. She derives the use of wicker basket weaving from her own family history, and has learnt to work with other traditional fibers from local craftspeople and native communities.
Her latest solo exhibitions took place at Tiempo Gallery, Central Affair, Buenos Aires (2025), Steve Turner Gallery, Los Angeles (2019), and Fernández Blanco Museum, Buenos Aires (2021). Since 2018, she has taken part in numerous group shows in art galleries and public art spaces in Buenos Aires.
Her work has been recognized in Milán, Italy by the IED (European Institute of Design) (2024), Argentina by the National Fund for the Arts (2019), National Visual Arts Award (2018, 2019) and Kenneth Kemble Award (2022).
Her works are in private collections in Buenos Aires, Los Angeles, New York and Miami (Pérez Museum Collection).
