Chalice Tower is a site-specific installation that was set up in the courtyard of the Fernandez Blanco Museum, also known as Noel Palace. The Hispano-American neocolonial style Museum houses a collection of art from the Viceroyalty of La Plata from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. Within the collection is a large number of chalices and pots used in religious ceremonies during Conquest, colonization, and evangelization of the continent. The collection also includes some Guaraní vessels.

The installation is made up of six towers woven in wicker from the Delta of the Paraná river. Shapes are inspired by the collection of sacred water containers of the Museum. The towers are connected with tubes also woven in wicker with oxidized zinc elbows. The sound immersion “ The memory of water ” by Ozzo Ukumari reproduces the sound recording of the route of the irrigation canals of the Cohoni community in the Jardines del Inca. This installation was part of Ritual 2 in the Night of the Museums in CABA. Spectators participated in weaving the tubes that connect the towers, completing the work during the night.
